Bedtime Chart

Our bedtime chart is a good way to promote better sleep patterns in children and to encourage them to sleep in their bed throughout the entire night.

Each day your child sleeps in their bed they will be rewarded a star, which Velcro attaches to the mat.
There is also a section for you to write what you would reward your child at the end of the week.

Personalisation available. If you’d like your your reward chart personalised please leave child’s name in the notes section at checkout. If no name is entered the mat will say ‘My Bedtime Chart’.
